About Our Summer Camp
An educational summer camp, where your child will go have fun and enjoy educational Field Trips. Our summer camp is available for all Children 4 -12 years old.
At KI-Martial Arts we know how to do summer camp! Our camp has been
running for the past seven years and is the place your child should be
during this summer! The camp runs from 7:30am~6:00pm, June 11th until August
24th
Closed on the 4th of July.
KI-Martial Arts summer camp is not like any other, because it is a small
camp with a big feeling. We are a small camp because we are limited in how
many we enroll in our program. Why do we limit our enrollment? Because that
is how we can give your child the best summer camp possible. All of our
campers gain a close relationship to our councilors during summer, and
because of this we end up feeling like one big family!

Our Staff
*KI Martial Arts Camp has the best staff, here’s why… Both our Owners and
all of our adult summer camp counselors are year round staff for our After
School Program. This makes us experienced with working with children in a
fun and safe atmosphere!
Swimming
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the campers enjoy swimming during their
camp schedule. We use
the facilities from the Vernon Hills Aquatic Center, Grayslake Pool and
Wheeling Aquatic Center. We also offer swimming at various lakes in our area
from Independence Grove to Diamond Lake Beach and we even bring the children
to the beach in Evanston Lake Michigan.
Arts & Crafts
During the summer the campers will have numerous times available to spend
doing arts & crafts during group time each week. Many of the crafts will be
theme oriented according to our field trip for that particular week.
Overnighters Camping Experience
KI Summer Camp offers fun experiences for campers ages 8 and older. There
are three overnighters. The first one in June is to Bass Lake State Beach in
Indiana. The second one is in July at the KI-Martial Arts building B
facility, and the third over night.
When:
Camp KI registration begins February 1, 2012
For registration , fill out the registration packet.
How can I apply for free registration?
- Registration fee : $100 per child if registered before March 1st
- Registration fee: $125 per child if registered after March 2nd.
Registration Includes:
- A secure spot in our camp.
- All swimming entrances.
- A camp t-shirt.
- A camp bag.
- A swimming towel.
- End of Summer picture DVD.
Camp Financial Regulation:
Tuition is due during the week in which the camper attends the camp. If tuition is not received by 6:00pm on Friday of each week of attendance, KI Summer Camp reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1% for eahc business day that it is late.
Aftre 2 weeks of non-payment, the camper will be removed form the KI
Summer Camp program.
